I answered Amon Duul'd Paradieswarts Duul for Orbit's finest Krautrock Album thread, but as I answered I realized that my favorite song, my apotheosis if you will, simply must be Can's "Mother Sky".

Sometime in the indefinite/near future, I will have to buy Soundtracks to hear the uncut "Mother Sky" to see if I agree with Sleeve, which is entirely possible considering how much I like the edited cut. Give me "Sleepwalker's Timeless Bridge" over "Archangel's Thunderbird" any day of the week!

"Sing Swan Song" is amazing. Karoli's guitar sounds so intense on that one.

That track is almost perfect: keyboards, vocals, drums, little splashes of percussion but, most of all, the bassline!
