Not really. Gong is kind of jazzy-quirky, w/prominent saxophone. Can, uh, isn't. I luv 'em both, me.

Gong and Can are like... in the same solar system, but divided by an asteroid belt. Gong being the larger and gassier of the two.

Since I've never heard the Futureheads, and I automatically dislike anything I haven't heard until I hear it, I guess I do. But maybe my dislike is dishonest.
