This song is probably the best Cowsills song (even better than "Hair").

I've been listening to the Cowsills for a while but I always come back to this song.

What does everyone else think?

Having not yet heard "In Need of a Friend", I'd like to mention The Cowsills' "The Rain, The Park and Other Things". The pounding ultra-sixties organ, the "I saw her sitting in the rain..." lyrics, that summery feeling, mmm...

Michael, I like this a lot. Thanks! Kind of the slightly down flipside of "The Rain, the Park," which I adore.

Michael, have you heard "You Know What I Mean" by the Turtles?

Rickey Wright (Rrrickey), Monday, 11 July 2005 23:21 (twenty years ago)

"All the Young Women" by the Cuff Links?

Rickey Wright (Rrrickey), Monday, 11 July 2005 23:21 (twenty years ago)

No I Haven't, Ricky.

YSI it on this thread if you have it.

Sure thing.

"You Know What I Mean" by the Turtles. This was one of the first singles I ever owned, and it's still a huge favorite. I can never listen to it only once.

I'm having trouble getting a link for the Cuff Links track, but I'm working on it. I'll send the Box Tops to the other thread, too.
