I've only heard "Down With the Sickness" as interpreted by novelty lounge act Richard Cheese, and it's funny.
Anyway they both have the "get up" refrain while apparently taking an opposite tack in every other

I like "Get Up" okay but it's hard to love, whereas "Down With The Sickness" has that guy going "DOOH WA AH AH AH!" so I vote for that.
