if you see the name jasper anywhere, or john tejada anywhere, go. the little temple is sometimes a good place for it. as is king king. sometimes zen sushi as well. if you keep your eyes and ears peeled you can find stuff pretty steadily. anyone going to see morgan geist tonight? wish i could.

I saw Damian Lazarus spin last summer for about 30-40 people total, and I heard the Eddie Richards gig a few weeks after had even less.

i was there for a show a few weeks ago. it was a pretty laid-back place, this sounds like a similar event to the one i went to. if it sucks, you can always check out the jazz bar nearby (don't remember the name of it)
