Programs for making burned CDs look better?

So my friend burned me a Venetian Snares CD in an attempt to get me into electronica. I like it well enough, and I was on their website and saw that they have scans of the front and back covers and the actual art on the CD. (http://www.vsnares.com/winnimore.htm)

Is there a program that can size the art so when I print it off it will fit perfectly into the jewel case? And also, is there a way to get that CD art onto the actual burned CD? Maybe some sort of sticker?

The stickers that go onto CD's suck. They can catch when sliding in and out of a slot-loading player (like a car, or some computers). Then the disc can get stuck and wreak havoc. I've always wondered about spray painting discs, but have never worked up the energy.

If you buy Nero 6, it comes will a little kit for you to inkjet art onto stickers designed for CD-Rs or DVD-Rs.. you have to buy more stickers later, as they just give you a small packet to begin with..(marketing!)

Even better are the printers you can buy that have an adapter that allow you to put "printable" CD-Rs in the little slot, and it will inkjet the art directly on the CD-R for you. Granted, you have to buy "those" CD-Rs for that purpose, but big whoop. I think those cheap CD-R outlet sites even carry spindles of generic printable CD-Rs now.
