It was discussed the following day, but only as a tangent to the attacks on U2...

Personally I love U2, but the McCartney-Bradshaw thing was just so horrible. He must be really broke.

It made me want to die.

I am SO GLAD I missed that. (Thank you, XBox.) If he did that because he needs money (which I seriously doubt), I hope he was paid up the wazoo in pork bellies.

Terry & Paul supposedly dueted on "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" or some other classic Beatles tune. If you've seen Terry Bradshaw's antics during the Fox Sports shows or on any number of 1-800-COLLECT commercials, you can imagine how bad this was. I didn't see it, and still I wince with the sting of castor oil coating my gullet.

It was awesome. McCartney was doing his little shuck n jive vaudeville bit 'ello 'ello and 'ere we go yadda yadda and Bradshaw burst into a jocko howl of "A Hard Day's Night", only in his version he'd been working like a LOG and sleeping like a DOG and Sir Paul looked frightened for a split second and then joined in, as if humouring a Hamburg tough in the Rathskeller.

Yeah, I thought he was just humoring him which was horrible but forgivable, but then as they were going to commercial, it was McCartney who started in again and Bradshaw followed along.

Well you'd never get Alan Hansen or Gary Lineker doing the same at the FA Cup final - though it probably would be amusing...
