What are your favorite moments from this VH-1 show for amnesiacs (the premise of which is to show clips of said stars from when they were normal people to the astonishment of an audience of normal people who cannot believe that stars come from their ranks. Hilarious commentary supplied by host star)?

There's a special surreal twist watching this show in the UK, as most of the people they seem to do are completely unknown here. So they're going 'Oh wow, remember when we were just a bar band?' while the tiny UK VH-1 audience scratches their heads and asks "Sorry, who are you again?"

Maryann: Yeah, that's what I meant this thread to be about before I clicked submit in a spastic convulsion. The clips this show pathetically ridicules are usually better in my book than the dippy Rock Star videos their Viacom overlords disseminate. The host needs to have his tongue pulled through his digestive tract, out his rectum and tied in a secure knot.
