Hello please help!!

I have purchased a MP3 512mb player on ebay from Hong Kong.

Have not been able to use it as the sceen has frozen.
When you look at the viewing screen it has an hour glass and says Starting.

Any ideas how to remove this and start again. I havent downloaded anything yet it is brand new.

you need a special maintenance tool, available from most good hardware stores. it looks like this:

It may help to post the make and model of your mp3 player, but more likely you'll just get a bunch of jerks mocking you. :) Maybe try google?
