You can hear my new material recorded with all my new gear and some help from good musicians, if you go on the net and tell the truth about the thin weak voices and the weak songs out there now. and if you go on the net in numbers to tell untalented people they suck, you can have the website back.

You will have to publcily admit the music industry sucks.

You will have to go on their message boards to tell these rich people that they bought their careers and they are not that talented.

You people are really turning alot of talented people away.
I have some material that you would really like that you have never heard yet...
I have to wait till monday to ask avalon if they have the thing in. I have great quiet home and alot of room now to record in..there is no longer an exuse not to record.
but I need the avalon or something like it.
I am going to buy something else if they don't come up with the Avalon soon.
If you can't admit that the music industry is extremely low quality right now, then you will be satified with very little.
some people are satisfied with little.

It is your loss. I have some cool music. Latin, blues, rock, and want to put real bass and drums and electric on some.
I want to get some real cellist too.
I live in a place that is more conducive to recording and finding musicians.
I am writing music in different languages now. french, italian, spanish mostly.
My mother is good with two languages and I know how to sing in italian and I am learning these languages so I am going to write in different languages and english.

You are really missing out, not only on me, but so many people right now. because of the denial and denial is pushing alot of musicians away. ostrisizing them.
but there is a big world. if you won't anymore then people who can't sing well and can't write..then listen to oldies..not my problem
....
there alot of people out there who would love to hear something new and fresh. God whAT i HEAR oN NEW hit radio is so bad and it is horrible, that you must have a deathwish, because it is like living death listening to new hit radio.
what is wrong here, you all defending people who can't write and can't sing because they remind you of yourself?

I dunno, sounds like a lot of work. Perhaps you could consider lowering the barrier to liking you. Sure, you have that rare, un-crap talent, but everyone's kind of busy doing stuff most of the time.
Maybe (I'm just thinking out loud here) you could come up with some kind of package where we get to like your music, but don't have to take a position on your personality/prejudices/etc. Or one where we could like some of your music and some thin, crap, weak-sounding music as well. What do you think?

there is this song on the radio occasionally that I like. her name starts with a T.
she is from england.
she is an unknown, they don't promote this person.
tamere, or something like that. the reason I find it difficult to find talent is because the radio quickly says the name and they don't say it twice...and don't advertise the person.

It is not good for the artist, because the artists doesn't get anywhere, because the radio announcers sometimes don't care to even say their name. It is sad that only 15 songs get attention and the same names repeated over and over and anyone else is considered nothing unless they can pay someone to repeat their name over and over.

It is sad that very few people get their name announced enough for anyone to get the name and buy the record. there has been a couple people over the years that I couldn't get their name, and couldn't get the album because the radio announcers don't care enough about the artists to repeat their name, sometimes they don't say the name at all. it is terrible. and the only names they repeat over and over are the people I don't want to hear now.

I can't answer anymore right now. I have business to attend to.
but about this artist. It is not acoustic. but it is nice music, nice voice and pretty original.
I like the melody.
but there is nothing so unique about it that I could explain what it sounds like.

Do you, Marissa, know how much music I have not recorded? I have not recorded a lot of music. I don't want to get too specific, but let's just say I have not recorded EVERY SONG EVER. And I'm not even thirty yet. There are no songs left for me to not record. I've not recorded them all.
I think, at this stage, I will quit not recording music, and move on to my first love. Not painting. Just think of all the great art there is out there for me to not paint. The mind boggles. The boggles mind.

Why don't you use your cynicism against the industry -- not in the sense of subverting the system, but making use of it to make meaningless pop drivel through conceptual art terrorism before packing it in and giving a lot of money (profited from the majors) to your favourite independent labels and using the rest on buying musical equipment and manufacturing your records?
