I never heard of this one either but it sounds pretty good. AMG is doing a lot of New Orleans albums recently (I wonder why?).

Has anyone heard this album or heard anything about it.

I haven't heard that old one, but Pres Hall put out some good albums last year. 'Shake That Thing' is great, it's seriously worth it just for Shannon Powell's version of Lil' Liza Jane.

I have three volumes of that series on vinyl, good stuff. I saw Percy and Willie Humphrey many times down in NOLA. And yeah, I second the motion on 'Shake That Thing' - that's been getting a lot of spins at my house since last Jazzfest.
