John Cale's "Ghost Story"

At the end of John Cale's "Ghost Story" there is a small organ part that has been used in another song... I know the song, but I can't think of it... I'm thinking maybe Air of Stereolab. If you know what I'm talking about, please help. I'm going crazy thinking about it.....
