Oh yeah, Stevie Nicks/Loreena McKennitt FITE!!! I'm taking Stevie to KO Loreena in 5 rounds with a superscratchy banshee yowl.

I have to admit that part of my love of Loreena is that she came from small-town Manitoba, like me, so she's kinda like family in that regard. Probably part of the reason why I also occasionally refer to her as "Dorinda McCrackin"--just makes her seem more down to earth.

She would whip Stevie rear with a crushing harp to the head when the ref had his head turned away.

This album is beautiful.

I never listened to a lot of her stuff, but I went through a whole phase of teenagerdom where I was sort of obsessed with "The Lady of Shalott."

Listening to it now for the first time in probably 25 years and memories like whoa.

many of the songs are 10-30 years old according to her. for the most part i think it works though

Played Oliver shore (fiddler), Eddie vedder (big heart sun), st Petersburg chamber choir and one other song I couldn’t confirm. She’s really cool too. Show ended bad tho when the host referred to her new album as “old souls”
