70's Latin instumental used on TV alot in the UK

Does anyone know the title of a latin(ish) song they always used to use for things like body builders or magicians on UK TV in the 1970's. It was a big band sound and ended with a cha cha cha?

I think you mean Wheels. This is the only version I can find on line (non-latin), but assuming the melody is the same, that's the title:

Thanks Jez, bizzarly the exact sceneario I mentioned has just been on TV. So Joe Loss and his orchestra - Wheels Cha Cha is the song and it was used by Tony Holland http://www.maxalding.co.uk/holland/holland.htm. The whole combination must have really warped my mind. Thank fully its over now, phew
