I've seen a few sites selling those prepaid iTunes cards from other countries. So the trick may be to pay with that. It seems to me like you might have to set up a new account with that country as the location though, so you'll get screwed on the DRM...

Isn't there a net guide somewhere about faking your location?
That'd still be illegal under one of these new anti-anti-copy protection laws. But maybe not in _your_ country ;-)
