Toying with buying this. Can anyone tell me if, in the view, it looks worth the advertised price - how playable is the guitar, and what's its sound like?

They're OK, but it's not a "buy of the century" sort of deal. I'd shop around a bit more.

That's the one I've got. I got it for under 210 as well - that was in a tip-top deal from Merchant City Music in Glasgow. It has a lovely sound, but I'll need to sort the action out on mine, it's like piano wire. Not the guitar's fault admittedly.
Has a lovely sound though - very good value for the price, what with the Canadian government subsidy.
