Classic. Excellent singles (esp. "I Got The Wherewithal"), a pretty decent album, seing Sophie in the "If You Can't..." video for the first time was a head trip (OMG, look at the alien hamster head), her fake guitar playing amused me, and best of all, if it hadn't been for the preposterously long song titles, surely we wouldn't now have the sublime "I Am Not Good At Not Getting What I Want" off Sophie's second album.

one year passes...

i think the long blondes sound a lot like these did.

i still *really* like their singles and lots of the album.

what happened to them? did they fall out? get dropped?
i mean i know what happened to her but still.
