well,it's the subject matter that makes it timeless.unrequited love is and and always will be relevent.should the fact that it's in the form of hip hop music make it any less so.

I don't mean not being timeless as bad..it's just..i dunno...periods of rap really seem distinct to me....like passing me by is totally early 90s....actually...all music is like that! there's no such thing as timeless!

passing me by is good and will remain good!
