Paul "Wine" Jones
July 1, 1946 - October 9, 2005

We are sad to announce that Paul Jones died of cancer on Sunday, October 9, in Jackson, MS.
A memorial service will be held at 11 in the morning this Saturday, October 15
at the Humphreys County High School gymnasium in Belzoni, MS.

He was great when I saw him live, and I like his Mule cd(produced by the late NY Times writer and musician Robert Palmer who also wrote the liner notes) and his Pucker Up Buttercup effort.
