He said his show may be based in reality but it will seem like a sitcom, with conflicts, comedy and a positive message. The show begins each week with one of his daily words of wisdom that are posted on his Web site.

But what may shock old school hip-hop fans most may have nothing to do with Run's parenting skills – it just may be his current musical taste.

"I'm a peaceful man. I'm listening to old school Anita Baker," said Run. "People wouldn't believe it. I'm listening to Kenny G. I'm relaxing now. For real, I'm listening to real calm stuff."

i had no idea about his show. i'm talking about his NEW album that's making the rounds on late night commercials. it's TERRIBLE rock-rap. he's trying to do something similar to the King of Rock Rick Rubin type sound, but his rapping is embarrassing. sub onyx. i'd rather listen to Limp Bizkit

Good lord is this ever bad. He never used to scream when he rapped. The cape has to go too. He was on with some dingbat on VH1 Classic recently, and at the end of the chat, he PUT HIS HAND OVER HER FACE and blessed her. Not on her forehead or anything but his whole palm across her face. She looked a bit startled, but then awkwardly "thanked" him for the blessing.

Relgion ruins everything.
