I think you'd have noticed, whether it was televised or not.

The most embarrassing moment I've ever experienced at a gig was Atari Teenage Riot, when Alec Empire shouted "Are you ready to start the revolution?" and raised his fists. All the audience screamed its approval and raised their fists. And hung around to listen to some more music, of course. I love ATR, but isn't that a tad self-absorbed and deluded?
