Several friends of mine are ardent Wilco fans and they're constantly trying to get me to like them, but I'm sorry -- that stuff just puts me right to sleep.

I'm not saying Coldplay are super exciting or anything, but in the face of these two, I'd always opt for their brand of one-tricky-ponyism over Wilco.

Also, Tweedy's a shit vocalist.

when i think of both of these bands i think about populations of awful men. i can't even think about the music anymore. you should ask him what's stopping him from forming this WILPLAY band.
