Help me ID this song before my brain explodes

I know I'm going to feel like an idiot once someone tells me what this is, but I'm at work and, for the life of me, I can't remember what this song is and it's killing me.

It's a garage-era song that I swear is by the 13th Floor Elevators or somebody. Or at least on Nuggets. But the words "99 teardrops" and "99 years" are in the chorus and it has this really awesome organ line throughout the whole song. Everyone's probably familiar with it, I think. Please save me some teeth gnashing and help me remember what it is.

God, this is a great song.
