It's a garage-era song that I swear is by the 13th Floor Elevators or somebody. Or at least on Nuggets. But the words "99 teardrops" and "99 years" are in the chorus and it has this really awesome organ line throughout the whole song. Everyone's probably familiar with it, I think. Please save me some teeth gnashing and help me remember what it is.
