Little Howlin' Wolf - anybody heard him?

There was a story in the Chicago Reader about this guy last week, aex-street singer and schizo Wesley Willis type. I've heard a couple MP3s of his older stuff on the WFMU blog. Wondering if anyone has heard the new album that Nautical Almanac put out on their label.
Is it worth ordering?

true vine records guy/n0ize dude/baltimorean ian nagoski is a huuuuge LHW booster, and he worked with the nautical almanac dudes to release A LOT of LHW's stuff recently. he's a good resource and a cool dude.

I have a 45 he released on the Knight label that is extremely whacked-out blues. Out of time, out of tune, makes T-Model Ford sound like Robert Cray - that's why I love it so. I think it's from the eighties, going by the font on the label.

I used to see him playing sax on Chicago's Michigan Avenue bridge in the eighties...
