I feel that a B-Sides poll could potentially be amazing.
Also a poll of only album tracks by decade might be interesting, although there would most likely be large debating over what defines an album track.

The way I considered running the electronic music poll (and electronic music is "a genre" only in the widest possible sense of the word) is that every one can nominate anything they feel appropriate, no qualifications. And if enough people feel something is electronic music, and they vote for it and it makes into the list, then it should be considered electronic music. Simple as that.

yeah the thing is i don't want to hide polls; they're occasionally interesting and worthwhile reads that prompt good discussion. it'd just be nice if posters (a few in particular) would, uh, you know, exercise a modicum of restraint here.
