Einsturzende Neubaten / RUN-DMC video question

First, in RUN-DMC's "Mary Mary" video, exactly WHO was that fatso in drag as Mary?

Second, can someone identify this Einsturzende Neubaten video, which I saw only once 20 years ago? It's a mere performance video, with the band "playing" whilst atop an apparent scrapyard, junk strewn everywhere. There's a guy banging on things at regular intervals, possibly a piledriver too, and Blixa just hollers throughout the whole thing, until near the end, when he actually plays some guitar (which was 'round his neck the whole time) - possibly with a wrench or screwdriver (faulty memory). Assuming that they didn't do many more videos just like that one, can anyone identify that track based upon my rudimentary description?
