The New Lee Scratch Perry

Supposedly the new On-U/LSP collaboration, the Mighty Upsetter, is out at the end of October (UK that is, its already out in Japan I think).
Anyone heard it ?
As good as Time Boom ?

Well I never - out today and available in shops (always a bonus with on-u releases)
no mention of Adrian Sherwood anywhere on the cover, other than the very small On-U logo hidden away on the back (though there are full details inside the excellent cd booklet)
first listen : very good, but no Time Boom.
Not enough samples/over dubs etc, a very straightforward clean production, albeit its still clearly an On-U production.
