7 is the best music related season...I don't think that's out on DVD yet though - d'uh!

But when it does...you got your Sonic Youth, your Cypress Hill, your Peter Frampton and a hilarious Tito Puente. And...er...Linda McCartney.

Season 7 out December 13th. in the US and Canada it would appear.
If you can't wait that long, Season 5 (Ramones and James Taylor).
And it's a pretty funny season all round.

I felt sorry for Alice, as she was out when the Ramones' Simpsons episode was on, and I didn't know (would have taped it).

the homerpalooza episode was on here tonite. for some reason Zero has always sounded better to me on the simpsons than on the album.

In terms of years-not-seasons, 1993 is positively untouchable. More absolute classics crammed into that time frame (2nd half of season 4, 1st half of season 5) than ever before or (lord knows) since.
