neoteric tribesman? kiwi-postpunk?

it's rare that i can't find anything about a band on the internet --- picked up a 7" by the neoteric tribesman today, 'safely get away with it' / 'apathy' from 1982, seemingly self released. band members listed as james (drums, chanting), nigel (guitar, synth, vocals, chanting), richard (bass, flanger, vocals, chanting).

anybody know anything about them?

oh. and i found one thing about them on the internet. that they are from new zealand. but that's it. really not anything as i can only gather this from their name being somehow listed on a large site about nz bands, but with no info under their name.

Is it definitely 'tribesman'? Only I know of the Neoteric TribesMEN, can't find any info either, but there's a CD for sale here:
