I'm at home and my iTunes is on the computer at work, but I'm guessing that the shortest track would be the infamous one-minute soundclip of a drunken Freddie Hubbard cussing out a group of Nazis who came to see him at a gig in Germany ("KISS MY BLACK ASS!"). The longest would probably be Alice Coltrane's "Journey Thru Satchinada" - something like nine minutes? Ten?

As an aside, I once listened to the entire iTunes program from front to back, organized by time...the one-minute tracks were dominated by rockabilly. The longest songs were naturally jazz tunes. (Let's face it, how many songs outside of jazz, funk and classical sound good over five minutes?)
