C/D: Eric Clapton "The Core"

By FAR my favorite song by him, on the only album (Slowhand) of his that I'll ever find myself listening to. The riff is catchy as shit, and the female vocals on this are fantastic. The sax solo reminds me of something Bobby Keys would be playing on a Stone's album. A bit long, but makes for a great blues jam.

Opinions?

My memory for exactly what the song does inside is pretty gray, but I'll back you up that it was one of EC's better songs... At least I thought that at one time.
