Phallus Dei. Fun to just call it "God's Cock," but now that in addition to the amon duul album there's a pretty good heavy psych band called that, i need to know - is it Dei as in "night and" or Dei as in "Snider?" or Dei as in Dee-Eye?
Kra-a-ak (and while we're at it, Raco-ooo-on). Are they pronounced with the stutter in between, or just 'kraaaaaaaaaaaak'?
and I've always said Celtic Frost with an 'S' sound even though i'm pretty sure that's wrong. Why would it be "Seltic?"

And "Rack-COO-ooh-oon," with the stutter.
They have the best T-shirts on earth. They were kind enough to burn their tape on to CD for me... because if they gave me a tape I know I would never listen to it!

It's properly pronounced like "day", but in two syllables.
Those Finnish bands' album titles are unpronouncable:
Finnish is actually dead easy since the pronunciation->orthography mapping is very direct. Once you know the sound values of the letters (which resemble those of German, with y=ΓΌ), and know that the accent is always (?) on the first syllable, a reasonable pronunciation follows automatically. I can see why the compoundwordlengths might seem apprehensioninducing to anglophones, though. ;)
