How the hell did this get here?

As I was packing my Cd collection into boxes for a move I came across a Madonna cd and said to myself "how the hell did this get here?, security must have been sleeping". What cd's do you have in your collection that would make you say how the hell did this get here?

Curt My sincerest apologies for not checking threads all the way back to July of 2001. I only hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me. You have my word it won't happen again. Jeeeeeeez

The Dixie Chicks. I suppose it's only to be expected from an Arkansan. I also stole it from a boyfriend. Of course, I might have done him a favor.

The first Eminem album. It's not that I don't want it, indeed for a long time I thought, oh well I'll get the Slim Shady Album next time I see it in a sale, imagine my surprise when I discovered I already owned it and have to this day no recollection at all of buying it or being given it or of stealing it.

I'm disgusted at myself for buying Hefner's I Love The City but I remember when and why so that doesn't count.

At one point, living in a shared house, I ended up with everybody's copy of the 1st garbage album. Everyone wanted to give it away! I did indeed buy said album, but I WAS THE FIRST ONE TO GIVE IT AWAY IN PHEAR. yet still people assumed the copies found in the house were mine. fuXoRs.

Galaxie 500 - "this is our music"

What the fuck? I've always hated this kind of crap.

Man. I sold my copy of THE SIGN and have been kicking myself for that for at least a year. I have a scorpions best-of, sent by accident by BMG. I haven't listened yet, but it might be good. Is it?

There's a good rule of thumb w/ the Scorpions - unless it has a picture on the front of a man pulling bubblegum off a woman's breasts it's DUD.

Andrew L, Tuesday, 5 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-three years ago)

Why don't you give it to someone who might enjoy it then, Jacob?

electric sound of jim, Tuesday, 5 March 2002 01:00 (twenty-three years ago)

dunno. all the people I know who like 'em already have it...

two months pass...
Anouk; Santana; some "NOW that's really crap music" cd's; S Club 7; Steps; So Fresh 2002....they're all so useless!! Do people really buy that crap?? Do they honestly LIKE it?...The great questions of life, along with "Why is the song Starless on the album Red?(King Crimson)" and "Why didn't Yes and Genesis stop?"
