Why!?!? This sounds like a terrific show.

That ADAM ARCURAGI guy looks like a soap star.

I never heard of him. I tried to find some feathers stuff a few weeks ago, but no luck. Looking forward to the show, though.

Do you hate planets, Maria?

I've played shows with Adam. Certainly a nice guy, and a good singer.

maria, why do you hate on the harmony of the spheres?

saw Espers and Feathers opening for Vetiver last week. Feathers was ok, Espers kind of a bore. there was a solo guy but his name wasn't adam, I forgot his name(and god he was the worst -- insufferable folk-faux-lizard king nonsense).

I always hear mixed reports about Espers live. My friends saw them in LA a couple of weeks ago, went to two shows, and said one was the best thing ever and then the other sort of dull and messy. I only saw them once and they were great, though did struggle with a number of sound and instrument-changing issues. I'm looking forward to the show at the planetarium, though. Hopefully it will bring out the best in them!!

Well, for anybody who might be interested, there are tickets for sale via this site: www.philebrity.com

I emaled to ask if there would be any at the door and the reponse urged me to buy online, as the show had already sold over half the tickets as of yesterday. I scooped up a pair.

I listened to some Feathers stuff and couldn't really get a feeling for them, seemed maybe okay.

This show was SOOO great. Ups, downs or whatever in regards to espers live - they performed a masterpiece on this outing. I hope this is what they are getting into and what the new record is going to be like. It was much heavier than anything on the records they put out so far and really fluid and mesmerizing.
