The last 20 seconds of My Hi-Matic by Isolée

So this song is pretty amazing is full, I love the first 5 minutes and 35 seconds, but I don't know, but there seems to be something about the last 20 seconds of it that are just amazing. And by that I really mean the last 10 seconds, where theres those soft tones at the very end after everything is all done and well. The question now is what does that last 10 seconds sound like, because it really reminds me of something, but I can't quite put my finger on it, but those 10 seonds just make me melt with listening pleasure.

for some reason (phasing/flanged whooshes? cityscape splendour?), in addition to Moroder this track reminds me of "Always Crashing In The Same Car" and the beginning of "V2 Schneider".
