We all download or share or get music from friends. In doing that, what is the strangest genre you did not name on your own? And what is the artist/ album?

Given that i can't get rid of the genre box in the browse window, i immediately fix my genre tags immediately upon import so that i can pretend people don't actually regard "AlternaRock" or "BritPop" as genres.

When I ripped American Music Club's California, the genre was "Gay."

My library is full of lunacy courtesy of Sean Gramophone, e.g. 'hull breach' and 'pink conversation'.

Some of my friends have categorized all the music I like under this genre.

Ms Dynamite is classified under "Rubbish", which is rather harsh, while Spoon are apparently "Austin Doo-Wop"
Makes them sound more interesting than they really are
