Morrissey Versus David Bowie

Morrissey, in the doc "The Importance of Being Morrissey" (on YouTube as part 3, I think) says that Bowie was once an interesting artist, circa 1970, but is not anymore (or hasn't been since '73). Quite a lot of bad feeling between the two.
