the gig is happening - jello is not performing with the scab dks, and honestly people - flipper did american grafishy and multiple tours behind it without will in 1993.

the question is - are the three remaining members (bruce, ted and steve) all in this lineup

I'm pretty sure they are all in the lineup, judging from some recent photos of the band. They just replaced Will with.....what's his name, Bruno DeSmartass I think.
