I thought heroin did them both. Supposedly Sid backed out of the suicide pact which Nancy made good on - then caught up later. -jeff

Another junkie dead. If they she had survived that episode, she would have been dead six months later from something else. So would Sid.

I got the impression there is more than no evidence suggesting a break in at their hotel room - Nancy killed by cash hunting intruder while Sid too zonked to notice.

However, I think this is fated to remain a Flaming Carrot Unsolved Mystery.
