song ID (fake radiohead mp3)

I've downloaded this song long ago thinking it's a track off radiohead's amnesiac, "like spinning plates" (made me wondering what's on thom yorke's mind until I realised that it's not him)

starts with two bars of quiet drums in 3/4, waltzing : um-pa-pa, um-pa-pa
100 bpm roughly

two "ooh oohs" before the singer starts to sing. male singing retro-style, but in an unusual voice, pitch lowered digitally maybe

lyrics somewhere in the middle: "i can't. explain. the feeling i fe-e-el insi-i-ide".

the lyrics are from blancmange - i can't explain, off their happy families album. i can't explain, this feeling inside, it can't be denied etc..
