think: Oink! meets Raphustle.com (but better!).

From my (albeit limited) research, I've gathered that it would need a dedicated server which, apparently, costs about $us70 a month.

Surely w/ all the interest indicated on the oink/indietorrents thread(s) we could gather this via donations or something?
