I've noticed that a decent amount of the more disappointing releases from the past 6 months include 1, 2, or in some cases, 3 (!?@) standout tracks that blow the rest of the album away. I haven't heard every album from the past few months, so if you know of a few, this would be the place to post some suggestions.
