Or, more specifically, his latest projects. Now he's doing Bodies Without Organs, which is a tasty young blonde Swede singer, that Ukrainian synth player and him. But just before that he was doing Vacuum, which was that him and that Ukrainian synth player and a differenttasty young Swedish boy. My understanding was that he'd "left" Vacuum because he didn't like performance, but now it seems like just a complicated maneuver to change singers. Any poptimist / eurotrash types out there know what the deal is?

The story goes that after Bard made a small fortune on writing songs for Alcazar and others, he wanted to concentrate on philosophy and writing books( he has had 2 books published)so he left Vacuum. While living in Berlin he got drawn back to music and wanted to have an electronic band, using laptops only and not having to bother with the old ways of recording songs. He started Bodies without organs with Martin Rolinski and a couple of weeks later Marina Schiptjenko joined them.
Mattias Lindblom is still running Vacuum together with someone else.

Actually, they're just called BWO now. Apparently it was considered a confusing name (even though one of their videos gave a demonstration of the concept). BWO must be sufficiently confusing, because Swedish Melodifestivalen televoters still didn't realise they were in the presence of pop greatness and voted for Carola over their mighty "Temple Of Love". Silly Swedes.

Although blonde, the other guy in Vacuum was really more of a creepy goth-looking man, than a tasty boy.
