Not a piss-take -- I actually adore both. Which do you pick? A riff pilfered from War's "Me & Baby Brother" and injected with jittery post-punk apocalypso (later pilfered in turn by LCD Soundsystem) and Dr. Anton Janov-inspired xylophone frenzy (or is it a marimba?)

I missed your dumb T/S threads involving Killing Joke, chief.

Tears for Fears wins, obv.

Hmm. You'll probably kill me for saying this, but I'd say they're about equal. Of course, if the radio had pounded that TFF song into the ground more than they have over the years, KJ would easily take the prize.

Incidentally, tonight's KJ show in Amsterdam is on Fabchannel.com @ 20.30 CET

Hmm ... which was about 45 minutes ago. Ah - it's working now - "Total Invasion" currently.

TFF loses based on their looks!

I vote for "Change"

Dunno if I've ever even heard the TFF song but that makes no difference 'cause KJ's "Change" is a motherfucker. Totally on the one. Rage Against the Chili Peppers shoulda been 1/75th as tight.

The "Change" that rises to the top of the pile in my brain is the one by Blue Rondo A La Turk.
