Who is/are Spank Rock?

I just heard a song by them entitled "rick rubin", off an album called "yoyoyoyoyo". Quite minimalist beatwise and I really liked the sound of it, very different from the current rap songs that have caused me to drift further and further away from my favourite genre in previous years.
