The recent Spank Rock thread was locked, presumably because a Spank Rock thread already exists. However - the thread was from back in Dec which means that the casual browser won't go all the way back to that date.

In the meantime - a lot has happened with the group (album released, much press, many live shows). So it seems to me that a new thread is valid.

If i'm misunderstanding the purpose of locking the thread by all means please correct me, but from where i'm standing it doesn't seem to make much sense.

Just search before you make a new thread is all. Type "Spank Rock" in the "thread title" box -- it's a piece of cake.
