vinyl.com has many of the reissues you see at retailers at reasonable prices, though their shipping is expensive.

elusivedisc.com
are all audiophile catalogue places that have vinyl as well.

GEMM & Musicstack are probably the most comprehensive, since they're clearinghouses rather than stores.

Oh yeah, recordsbymail.com may be worth a look.

aquarius is good for doom/black metal vinyl. keith whitman's site (mimaroglumusicsales.com) is good for experimental/modern composition vinyl.

tweekin' records has been getting their act together in the last year. mostly house, and they have a good email notification of new shipments so you can snap up the gems fast. dancerecords.com does this too.
