There was a link somewhere on the internet, that led to another, that led to the whole album mp3s. So I got the tracks, and listened and enjoyed it.
But mercy. If someone has irritated me to the point of value last year, Pete was that person. I feel like he should not get my hard earned, after the lack of concerted effort on his part, album not necessarily included.

Pete. I have a feeling that his best stuff is behind him now. I have no evidence for that, but I do have a sense of how can he continue doing anything worthwile now.

I know what you mean. A lot of the best songs on Down in Albion had been around in some form or other for years. A Rebours was Curtain Call reworked, for instance. Then again, he may be like Iggy Pop - a write-off, a complete mess, then suddenly you have Lust for Life, the Passenger.
