It must have that same combination of punchy, ultra-low end bass with a more tough hip hop type drum pattern.

Although they're not exactly what I'd call electro in the way I would Dynamix II, I would think most of the early Marine Parade stuff would fit the bill, but especially Beber's "Chief Rocka" and "Juvenile Delinquent". Also seek Jackal & Hyde's "Seek and Destroy" and a lot of the stuff on 10 Kilo (my favorite ever release by them being the Freakazoids' "Freak and Hustle")
