Most any "weird" Japanese bands. All I have met have been extremely polite and soft-spoken no matter how crazy they were a few minutes before on the stage.

I have it on faintly good authority that GG Allin was indeed a polite and nice guy to people he knew from the early Boston punk scene. However he really was a complete scumbag to everyone else.
